The main house has all modern amenities including three bedrooms with queen beds and 1.5 bathrooms. The whole house is booked for each reservation and not shared with other guests.  

The full kitchen includes a stove, range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots and pans, coffee machine, utensils, cooking tools, potable water and more.  There is a propane BBQ on the patio.

Guests have access to outdoor firepits. Firewood is available for purchase at booking or after check in and guests are welcome to bring their own.

A log cabin, glamping tent, and tent/rv campsites are nearby on the property.  They are available for rent and may have guests. All areas are private and secluded from each other and can access the James River.

Maximum number of guests is 6 people and 2 pets.  Please, no early check-ins. No smoking inside or outside. Sorry, the wood stove inside is not accessible for guests.
